It is the responsibility of the student to familiarize him or her self with the institute’s policies and procedures. Students who are unclear about any of the policies should contact the Director of Student Personnel Services.
Attendance
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. However, at the discretion of the faculty member, students may be granted up to two unexcused absences. Students, who have more than two unexcused absences, will be considered to have unofficially withdrawn and will be assigned a grade of F.
Academic Standards
Students are expected to make satisfactory academic progress toward their degree or diploma. This means that they should complete all courses with at least a grade of “C”. Students who fail to meet the minimum requirements will be placed on academic probation.
Further, students caught cheating or plagiarizing (presenting someone else’s work or idea as if it were your own) will be automatically dismissed from the program without refund.
