The Oneness Apostolic Bible Institute admits qualified men and women (of the apostolic faith) to further prepare them for Christian service. The decision to admit a student rests solely on the admission committee; however admission is based on the following criteria:

- Apostolic Conversion — as evidenced by repentance, the infilling of the Holy Ghost, and baptism in the name of Jesus.
- Christian Character – as evidenced by membership and active participation in the church; the recommendation of Christian leaders; and compatibility with the Statement of Philosophy of the Oneness Apostolic Bible Institute and the Oneness Rehoboth Apostolic Church.
